Dear Sir or Madam,
I am a responsible and reliable 19-year-old student from Germany, currently studying Biomedical Sciences at Maastricht University. For the past year, I have been living in Belgium, but I am now looking for a new home closer to the city and university.
I am a calm and tidy tenant who values a peaceful atmosphere. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, spending time with friends, and going for runs. I also speak basic Dutch (A2 level), which helps me communicate in daily life and integrate with neighbors.
My parents have a stable income and provide me with full financial support. I am interested in a long-term rental (longer than one or two years) and would treat the apartment with great care and responsibility.
If required, I am happy to provide references from my current landlord as well as a written guarantee from my parents.
