Samen met mijn beste vriend zijn wij op zoek naar een appartement voor lange termijn in Maastricht. Wij studeren allebei International Business en kijken ernaar uit om de komende jaren in Maastricht te wonen en ons volledig op onze studie te richten.

Wij zijn verantwoordelijke, betrouwbare en nette studenten met ouderlijke garantstelling, eigen spaargeld, parttime banen én een eigen onderneming. Hierdoor beschikken wij over meerdere stabiele inkomstenbronnen om onze huur en overige kosten altijd op tijd te kunnen betalen.

Daarnaast staan onze ouders garant, zodat u als verhuurder extra zekerheid heeft. Wij hebben allebei een uitstekend gedrag en een blanco strafblad. Respect voor de woning, de buren en de omgeving vinden wij vanzelfsprekend. Wij zullen zorgvuldig met uw woning omgaan en deze behandelen alsof het ons eigen thuis is.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een plek waar wij ons thuis kunnen voelen, rustig kunnen studeren en een mooie studententijd kunnen opbouwen. In onze vrije tijd houden wij van sporten. We gaan graag naar de sportschool, hardlopen en zwemmen. Daarnaast vinden wij het leuk om gezellige cafés, leuke bars en goede restaurants te ontdekken.

Together with my best friend, I am looking for a long-term apartment in Maastricht. We are both International Business students and are excited to spend the coming years in Maastricht, fully focusing on our studies while building a home there.

We are responsible, reliable, and respectful students with parental guarantors, personal savings, part-time jobs, and our own businesses. These combined sources of income allow us to comfortably cover our rent and living expenses.

In addition, our parents are willing to act as guarantors, providing extra financial security for the tenancy. We both have excellent records, clean backgrounds, and take pride in being trustworthy and considerate tenants. We will treat your property with great care and respect, just as if it were our own home.

We are simply looking for a comfortable place where we can focus on our studies, feel at home, and enjoy our student life in Maastricht. Outside of university, we both enjoy staying active by going to the gym, running, and swimming. We also love discovering cozy cafés, nice bars, and great food around the city.
